Resident's
guests will be limited to four (4) per
loft (not per resident). This will
ensure all residents enjoy the festivities.
All guest names must be submitted to the
front desk no later than Tuesday, July
1, 2008. Wristbands will be issued to
residents and their approved guests. All
residents and guests must wear a wristband.
On the day of the event, guests must get
their wristbands from the resident and
then check-in at the table located at
the roof top entrance on the 10th floor.
In order for your guest to enter the roof
they must be accompanied by you, the resident,
and must be wearing their wristband. Names
will be matched up with the name on the
master guest list submitted prior to the
festivities. Guests not on the guest
list will not be permitted nor will anyone
without a wristband. Wristbands may
be picked up in advance at the front desk
beginning Monday, June 23, 2008.
If
you are planning a small gathering in
your loft please remember according to
our standard community policy, a guest
list must be provided to the front desk
with all the names of guests in advance.
Please remember all parties with more
than 30 persons are required to have an
off-duty police officer present.
Parking
will be available in public parking lots
on Lamar Street. Signage and rates will
be posted and visible from the street.
Stiletto
heels, golf shoes, narrow heel shoes will
not be permitted on the deck of the roof.
This is to prevent the puncturing of the
foam roof material. Please inform your
guests of this policy.
Roof
Top Policies
- No
glass containers permitted.
- Lawn
chairs are permitted; provided the legs
are of the style that will not puncture
the roof decking.
- Barbecue
grills are not permitted.
- No
leaning, sitting, or etc. off the roof's
ledge at any time.
- No
throwing of materials off the roof's
ledge will be tolerated.
- Cigarette
butts must be disposed of in proper
containers, not on the ground.
