Need to book the freight elevator?
Please contact the leasing office at 214-428-4848 or info@southsideonlamar.com to book the freight elevator. The freight elevator is available Monday - Sunday with 3 available timeslots to book; 8am - 11am, 11am - 2pm, and 2pm - 5pm. During the weekdays you may book up to two slots in the same day if available.

Utilities -
The utilities are hooked up by our office staff on the day of your move-in for your convenience. All utilities are billed in arrears so you may not receive your first bill until 60 days after you have moved in. If you have any questions regarding your bill please contact the leasing office or email us at info@southsideonlamar.com.

Cable, Phone, and High Speed Internet - I have moved in and my cable is not working! At the time of application, our staff will give you a form from Grande Communications which you can fill out what services you are in need of. Grande offers multiple channels, movie channels, high speed internet service, and telephone service. They have packages as low as $9.95 per month and up. If you prefer to have a satellite dish, and live on the south or west side of the building, the provider will usually contact the leasing office for permission of the dish installation.
